CREAMED NEW POTATOES



Cut some boiled new potatoes in slices and put these into a saucepan with half a teacupful of double cream, two ounces of butter, the juice of a small lemon and a seasoning of salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Toss well together over a moderate heat until the cream thickens then serve at once, sprinkled if you like with chopped parsley.
